At Pop Art Villa, we offer an optional grocery delivery service so your vacation can start the moment you walk through the door.

How Grocery Delivery Works at Pop Art Villa

When you book your stay, simply let us know you would like grocery delivery and send us your list before arrival. We shop locally in Beaver Creek and Sedona at stores like City Market and Whole Foods, then deliver and stock everything in your home before you arrive.

There is no markup on groceries and no minimum order. You pay the cost of the food plus a flat delivery fee.

Every Pop Art Villa residence already includes coffee, tea, Mike and Jen’s hot cocoa, and basic supplies. Grocery delivery covers everything else, including fresh ingredients for meals, snacks for kids, drinks for après ski or evenings on the patio, and anything else you want ready when you arrive.

Grocery Delivery vs Uber Eats or Instacart

Guests sometimes ask how our grocery delivery compares to services like Uber Eats or Instacart. Those options can work for same-day orders after you arrive, especially for a single meal or a few last-minute items.

But same-day orders also come with more uncertainty. Popular items are more likely to be out of stock, substitutions are harder to control, and delivery timing depends on driver availability.

Our grocery delivery service is designed for a different moment. We shop ahead of your arrival, when stores are fully stocked, and have time to handle substitutions properly. Everything is already put away when you walk in, without waiting on delivery windows or unpacking bags after travel.

It’s a pre-arrival service meant to remove the first errand of the trip, not replace on-demand delivery during your stay.
