Inside Pop Art Villa Verde: A New Saltwater Pool, Private Casita and More

Pop Art Villa Verde has changed quite a bit since we first introduced it. The biggest addition is a new year-round heated saltwater pool and hot tub, along with a completely redesigned backyard.
Pop Art Villa Verde is a private vacation home in West Sedona with two king bedrooms in the main house, a separate king-bedroom Casita, a game room, large decks and plenty of outdoor space. Depending on the size of your group, you can book the main Residence, the Casita, or both together.
The New Saltwater Pool and Hot Tub
The new backyard includes a year-round heated saltwater pool and spa with a waterfall, spa jets and color-changing lights. There’s also a gas fire pit, BBQ grill and outdoor dining area, with Sedona’s red rocks visible beyond the property. No matter which accommodation you book, the outdoor spaces are yours alone. Guests staying in the Residence have exclusive use of the pool, hot tub and backyard, and the Casita is not rented separately. The same applies when the Casita is booked on its own: the Residence remains vacant. Book the full property and you have all three bedrooms as well as the entire outdoor space.
Inside the Main House
The main house has two king bedrooms upstairs, along with a landing with a full-size sofa sleeper. Downstairs, the living room has a fireplace, Smart TV, wet bar and vintage record player, while a separate game room has a pool table and another TV.
The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, granite counters and the cookware and supplies for preparing meals at home. Rather than the usual vacation-rental coffee setup, Verde also has a dedicated coffee and hot chocolate bar with a Philips LatteGo machine, drip coffee maker, locally roasted Red Sedona coffee and Mike and Jen’s hot cocoa.

There’s also a private workspace with a desk, monitor and printer, plus outdoor decks and several separate living areas. For groups traveling together, that gives everyone more options than gathering in the same living room whenever they’re at the house.
A West Sedona Location
Pop Art Villa Verde is in a quiet residential neighborhood in West Sedona, near hiking trails, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and shopping. It is not part of a resort or vacation-rental complex and it’s outside of the touristy areas, so the setting feels residential while still keeping the places most visitors use during a Sedona trip nearby.
